The Alice Springs Masters Games were held in October 2010 and the countdown is on now for the 2012 Games - See ASMG website link above for more information.
From the 2010 Golf Masters:
Golf matches are Stableford only with daily, 54 hole and team events offered in morning and afternoon play. There will be medals and a ball rundown for each age bracket by event. Competitors may elect to have daily and weekly partners in medley (male or female) 4BBB events as well as enter a weekly 10 person team to compliment their individual event. Competitors may nominate a partner, or ask the organising committee to match them. Nearest the Pin and novelty awards (Longest Putt, straightest drive, etc) balls will be awarded daily for both morning and afternoon play.
