On the eve of the final round of the 2012 Masters there is fair argument for being able to learn golf without an instructor.

As Bubba Watson sits in 4th place on the leaderboard the fact is he has never had an instructor. And on the other hand Tiger Woods who is in a tie for 38th is currently working wit yet another new instructor.

However this is one of the only exceptions to the rule. Because golf is unnatural 99 percent of us need an instructor and the necessary plan or steps to learn how to swing the club.

And even though Bubba says he has never had an instructor he surely has had instruction.

When in Sydney we recommend Darren Golsby www.golsbygolf.com he teach's at Moore Park Golf Club and go's the extra mile.

It is never a pretty sight to see your ball land in a bunker hazard, but when it does, and a bunker shot is executed perfectly, it's a wonderful thing!

The club face swings down, sand is flying in all directions like a fireworks display, and out of the dusty cloud comes the ball, soaring high into the air and landing softly on the green, right near the hole.

Keep Dreaming

If you are a beginner golfer, the above scenario may seem out of reach for some time, but nevertheless you should always expect a good turnout when knocking the ball from a bunker.

With enough practice, you will come to the point where every bunker shot will be successfully executed with the ball knocked into the hole in just two swings: One knocking the ball out of the sand and onto the green, and the second putt right into the hole.

By restricting your back swing and igwnisng from the inside out similar to Jim Fyruk. His is a classic example of a swing which takes the right side of the fairway out of play. Because he is so accurate he can drive on most any hole and be assured of having a second shot.

Talking about Golf grips, When you pick up a golf club your hands are the only part of your body that touch the club. For many years the hands (grip) have often been referred to as the snterieg wheel of the golf swing. I don’t believe this could be more right. Mesmerizing the golf club correctly makes playing this game a much better experience. w w w (dot) golferbreak80 (dot) c0m

Every hole on the golf course will have it least 3 separate tee boxes, all positioned at various distances from the putting green. The closest is typically marked with a red tee marker.

Each tee box will have a marker on the side, and is typically 10 yards apart. The length of a tee box is approximately 9 feet, or the length of 2 clubs.

The reason why a tee box is such a large area is so that you have the benefit of teeing up in different locations based on what type of shot you would like to make. When making your shot, you have to tee up your ball anywhere inside the 10 yard X 9 foot location.

According to the official golf rules, it is not necessary to stand inside of the tee box itself. Your feet are allowed to be outside of this area so long as the ball remains inside.
