Busselton Golf Club

Busselton golf club is situated near to the gorgeous geographe bay and the world famous Busselton jetty in the south west of Australia.
Founded in 1907 with more than 100 years of history, it is classed as one of the top 5 western Australian courses outside of the Perth metropolitan area.
Awarded best regional golf facility the course was designed by Murray Dawson.
The course is well kept and succulent with even surfaces which can be thoughtfully played by golfers of all levels, with extensive fairways that weave through the alluring and captivating woodlands with redgums and peppermint trees.
It features an array of natural flora and fauna.

Famous for Busselton beach with its turquoise coloured tranquil waters and white sands.
There are good transport links and has its own airport.

The course has been designed to be drought proof, it has recycled town water to irrigate the generous fairways that wind there way through the tall trees. With a wide variety of doglegging holes that will need exact position tee shots.

Stephen Leaney ( runner up in the 2003 US Open ) and nine times winner of the European and Australasian tour, learnt to perfect his game here and still visits and plays at the club.

Busselton was one of the earliest settlements in Western Australia and the first was the Bussell family who moved here in 1834.
Busselton is home to the longest wooden jetty in the southern hemisphere, stretching nearly 2 km out into the sea. It offers visitors a tourist train ride, an underwater observatory and interpretive centre.
