Capital Public Golf Course

Capital Public Golf Course is one of Canberra’s most picturesque 18 hole golf courses with a par of 69 for the men and 72 for the ladies. The course offers a unique challenge to golfers of all levels. It features many tight pine tree lined fairways to challenge even the best.   Since the early 70’s Capital golf course has been renowned for having the best bent grass greens in the district.  

We have extensive Tee times available for social play 7 days a week.   The club conducts a range of competitions across the week and visitors from other clubs around Australia are welcome to join in.   Capital Public Golf Course is ‘an Oasis in the heart of the city’ and is known as ‘the friendly club’.
