HANNAH GREEN HOPES TO CARRY MOMENTUM IN HONDA LPGA THAILAND

“Hopefully I can learn from it and do the opposite and maybe make two birdies coming in.”

The last two bogeys on Hannah Green’s scorecard hurt the most for the major champion, who had a victory at the HSBC Women’s World Championship within her grasp until finishing in solo second to Hyo Joo Kim. Despite the disappointing end, Green reflected on one of the moves of the week, her eagle on No. 14, that got her back into contention for the title in Singapore.

“It's funny, I was saying to my caddie, I finally hit a good drive on that hole and got it down to where I should be. And I had about 64 meters to the pin and all week I had not had a yardage from that distance..." 

Green said she felt she wasn’t playing her best, yet still came away with another top-finish, her second-consecutive top-three finish.  Read more here
