Irish Open 2018 at Ballyliffin - Grandstand Tickets on sale now

The Irish Open at Ballyliffin Golf Club, 5th - 8th July 2018

Grandstand tickets have gone on sale for the 2018 Dubai Duty Free Irish Open, hosted by the Rory Foundation. These are available at EuropeanTour.com .  This year the tournament is hosted at the Ballyliffin Golf Club in County Donegal, from 5-8 July. It features as part of the Rolex Series on the European Tour. Early tickets went on sale in January and have been selling rather faster than expected. A limited number of front row, grandstand seats are now available as well.

The Rory Foundation will continue to host the tournament for this year, then from 2019 an annual rotation of hosts will include such as Paul McGinley, Darren Clarke, Padraig Harrington, Graeme McDowell and Rory McIlroy.

Defending champion is Jon Rahm. Last year when the tournament was hosted at Portstewart a 22 year old Rahm broke the final round record of 65 and ended with a record six stroke win with (yes, another record) 24-under par. He also shot a 150 yard eagle on the fourth hole.

As well as being able to see some of the world's best golfers in action, in a wildly beautiful setting, tournament visitors will find wonderful food, entertainment and many activities in the spectators’ village. Music will again bring a lively sense of festival to the Irish Open. All these and more ensure a golfing experience that you'll want to remember.

“This is a week not to be missed in one of Ireland’s most idyllic locations, recently voted the ‘Coolest place on Earth’. With ticket sales already ahead of schedule, we are looking forward to an electrifying atmosphere at Ballyliffin in the first week of July.”
