Club Catalina in Batemans Bay has secured two new employees on the golfing side of the operations. Mitchel Judd has been appointed the title of Director of Golf, while Rodney Booth has joined as Golf Professional. Both individuals have moved their young families to Batemans Bay for this exciting opportunity.

Mitchel comes to Club Catalina as a certified member of The PGA of Australia with an Advanced Status in Coaching. He was previously the inaugural Director of Golf at Cathedral Lodge in North East Victoria. Prior to that, he served as an infantry section commander for the 1st Battalion Royal Australian Regiment.

Rodney was most recently the Director of Golf at Tocumwal Golf & Bowls Club. He had been with Tocumwal since his PGA traineeship 2001-2003, and playing the Australasia Professional Circuit. He was named the Australian PGA Trainee of the year in 2003.

Together, Mitchel and Rodney are passionate about junior development and female engagement in sport and look forward to achieving progress in these key areas.
