Day 3:  Min Lee from Taiwan takes a two shot lead

Min Lee made a 15-foot birdie putt on the par-5 18th for a 4-under 68 and two-stroke lead Saturday in the LPGA MEDIHEAL Championship.

Coming off a Symetra Tour victory, Lee also birdied the par-5 15th and par-3 17th to pull away from former Stanford player Lauren Kim and Finland's Matilda Castren...

26-year-old Lee, from Taiwan, is trying to win for the first time on the LPGA Tour.  Read more

Not only is Min Lee chasing her first career LPGA Tour title tomorrow at the LPGA MEDIHEAL Championship, but she’s also chasing history. There has never been a player to win on the Symetra Tour—Lee won the 2021 Mission Inn Resort & Club Championship on May 30—and then win on the LPGA Tour in her very next start.

“I don't really think about making a record or breaking a record. I just try to play my game. I play well, that's good and everything comes together,” Lee said after a 4-under 68 on moving day at Lake Merced Golf Club.  Read more
