PGA TOUR 2021 - The Genesis Invitational,  18-21 February

The Genesis Invitational is held at the Riviera Country Club, which is in Pacific Palisades, California, very near Sunset Boulevard. The Riviera has been a host course on the PGA TOUR for more than 50 years. The course today is par 71,  7,322 yards.

Tournament host is Tiger Woods, who will be present but will not be playing as he is still recovering from medical treatment to his back. Dustin Johnson will be there, having taken the week off after returning from Saudi. Hopefully he has shaken off any jet-lag and will not be demolishing any hapless course volunteers.

Willie Mack III will also be there.  His story was covered here when he competed at Torrey Pines.  At Genesis, he is the recipient of the Charlie Sifford Memorial Exemption.

Adam Scott is defending champion. He won by two strokes on 11-under, and highlights from his 2020 rounds are in the video above.  His 2021 drama-filled third round at Torrey Pines can be seen here.
