Xander Schauffele wins 2022 Genesis Scottish Open 

On Tuesday Xander Schauffele completed a wire-to-wire victory at the JP McManus Pro-Am. Two weeks ago he won the Travelers Championship. Now he has taken out the Scottish Open. To say he is in top form seems something of an understatement. Just ahead for this Olympic gold medallist, is St Andrews.

Xander Schauffele is the 2022 Genesis Scottish Open Champion after shooting a level-par 70 on a thrilling final day at The Renaissance Club.

Overnight leader Schauffele looked set for a victory march in North Berwick after stretching his two-shot overnight lead early on - but he was forced to dig in to post a seven-under total and clinch his first Rolex Series title.  Read more

NORTH BERWICK, Scotland (AP) — Xander Schauffele keeps making up for lost time.

Winless for more than two years, Schauffele picked up his fourth win in the last 12 months Sunday when he overcame a rough patch in the middle of his round with two key birdies and a par save for an even-par 70 to win the Genesis Scottish Open.
