Defending Champion is Canadian Nick Taylor who won by four strokes on 19-under. Aussie Jason Day was 4th on 11-under.
Dustin Johnson has withdrawn. He says he is "feeling a bit jet-lagged" and wants to "enjoy a week at home before the Genesis Invitational".
"In his previous two appearances at Pebble Beach following the long trip back from the Middle East, he finished T-32 in 2020 and T-45 in 2019. In previous years, he has partnered with Wayne Gretzky, the father of his fiancee in the AT&T Pro-Am. But this year there are no amateur participants due to COVID-19." - GolfWeek USAToday
Padraig Harrington has now also withdrawn, after testing positive for Covid-19.
2020 Leaderboard (for checking out last years results)
Two Australians are named among the Power Rankings, Matt Jones and Jason Day.
Matt Jones:
"Among the sneakiest horses for any course, the 40-year-old is 11-for-13 with three top 10s among six top 25s at Pebble Beach. Personal-best T5 last year. Eight straight cuts made coming in."
Jason Day:
"Like Phil Mickelson, the Aussie almost always connects with form on the Monterey Peninsula. Although winless, he’s 11-for-11 with a T2 (2018), three fourths and a T5 among nine top 15s."
