Paul commenced at The Lakes in 2011 as a casual in the Golf Shop, and since then he went on to complete his PGA Traineeship at the Club in 2014.
After gaining his qualifications Paul was offered the position of Assistant Director of Golf, and was then promoted to Director of Golf in July 2017.
Paul is responsible for the entire golf operations of The Lakes, and works closely with Teaching Professional Charles Kares in managing the Golf Academy.
