It’s the kind of déjà vu Celine Boutier is happy to take part in – another trophy, another winner’s check and another victory to add to the resume. All was but a dream for the Frenchwoman on Sunday, who after coming just short in 2022 at Dundonald with a second-place finish, conquered the Scottish links to win her second-consecutive LPGA Tour event at the FREED GROUP Women’s Scottish Open presented by Trust Golf at -13. She is the first person since Ariya Jutanugarn in 2016 to win a major and then the tournament after.   Read more

Celine Boutier won the 2023 FREED GROUP Women’s Scottish Open Presented by Trust Golf after shooting a final round of 70 (-2).

The Frenchwoman began the day with a three-shot lead and had a steady front nine with birdies on holes six and nine at Dundonald Links.

Boutier rolled in a birdie on 13 before making bogeys on 14 and 16, but she bounced back with a birdie on 17 which proved to be enough to seal a two-stroke victory in Scotland.  Read more

Celine Boutier won the Women's Scottish Open by 2 strokes Sunday to back up her victory at the Evian Championship last week for her first major title.

The No. 4-ranked French player shot a 2-under 70 in the final round to clinch back-to-back wins and will head into next week's Women's British Open at Walton Heath in southern England with plenty of confidence.  Read more

She is the first person since Thailand's Ariya Jutanugarn in 2016 to win a major and then the tournament after, as well as the first to win back-to-back tournaments since Korean Jin Young Ko claimed victories at the Cognizant Founders Cup and BMW Ladies Championship.  Read more
