Nelly Korda leads by three after round of 62

On moving day at the Meijer LPGA Classic for Simply Give, Nelly Korda had a move for the ages.

The four-time LPGA Tour champion recorded 11 birdies en route to a 10-under par 62. It matches the tournament record score to par and sets a career-best mark. Korda also adds her name to the short list of players who have carded 11 birdies in a round, tied for the second most in LPGA Tour history behind only Annika Sorenstam’s 13 from her famed 59 in 2001.  Read more

Leona Maguire's dream of landing the Meijer LPGA Classic remains on course – even though her second round lead was thieved away by the world No 4, Nelly Korda, who shot a career-best 62 in today’s interrupted third round...

[Maguire's] overnight three-shot lead has been wiped out as Korda, the American, followed up her incredible front nine, where she nailed five birdies to then get a further six birdies and just one bogey on the home stretch.  Read more
