Alyangula Golf Club

Alyangula Golf Course is nestled amid a superb tropical island setting on the foreshore of Milner Bay within the Groote Eylandt archipeligo.

The course and clubhouse are situated on Alebuwa Road, centrally located within the township of Alyangula on the northwest side of Groote Eylandt in the Gulf of Carpentaria.

The island was named by explorer Abel Tasman in 1644 and is Dutch for 'Large Island" and is the homeland of the Anindilyakwa people.

Groote Eylandt is easily accessible from Cairns, Darwin and Gove (Nhulunbuy) with a variety of daily flights.
