Axedale Golf Club

The golf club is situated in a picturesque, natural setting along the banks of the Campaspe River in the township of Axedale, some 15km east of Bendigo. The course is definitely Bendigo’s hidden treasure. It’s not long, but you have to be straight off the tee or you will pay the price on your score card. The course features several signature holes, including two majestic par fives along the river and the magnificent 15th with its sunken green. A computerised pumping and reticulation system draws river water to irrigate the couch grass greens and lush fairways. This ensures year-round excellence in playing conditions.
