Branxton Golf Club

The course is 5547 metres, par 70 and 9 holes. However, there are different tee positions to allow for 18 holes. There are two par 5's, four par 4's, three par 3's providing varying challenges with couch fairways, bent greens and an undulating look.
Five of the holes have water features, it is a well maintained watered course with beautiful, natural and strategically planted trees to add to the experience.
Branxton offers corporate golf days with a range of packages to suit your group's abilities.

The clubhouse looks out over the golf course in a raised position next to the 9th / 18th green.
Positioned in the Hunter Valley
the views are both stunning and peaceful.

The ultimate nine has provided challenges to many golfers over the years for example; Billy Dunk, Ian Stanley, Peter Lonard, Nathan Green and many more.
Branxton has been lucky to see regular fields of both national and international golfers play on the course.
Some of the winners include such names as Laura Davies and Sarah Kemp, Tamara Jones and Rachael Bailey.

The club began in 1921 and is 171km
north of Sydney. It is mostly in the city of Cessnock but part of it is in the Singleton Shire.
The Hunter Expressway is a 39.5km long dual carriageway freeway in NSW, it was once known as the F3 to BranxtonLink or Kurri Kurri corridor.
Branxton is at the northern end of Wine Country drive and is the northern gateway to the world-renowned Hunter Valley wine country of Pokolbin and Rothbury.
James Busby ( 1801 - 1871 ) who is regarded as the father of the Australian wine industry, originally born in England he later went on to marry and plant the first vineyard in the region.
