Carpentaria Golf Club

Carpentaria Golf Club is located in the mining town of Weipa. Weipa is located approximately 200 kilometres from the tip of Australia and 800 kilometres northwest of Cairns. This area is known as Cape York. Rio Tinto mine bauxite in Weipa, bauxite being the first step to make Aluminium.
