Situated just 14km off the Great Western Highway, 20 minutes West of Lithgow and 10km from the Wallerawang turn-off, Portland is a pleasant 2 1/2 hour drive from Sydney, at the foot of the Blue Mountains. Widely regarded as the most challenging sand green course in New South Wales, Portland's beautiful undulating 9-hole course offers an experience not to be missed. This 9-hole has 16 tees, plus women's tees. A combination of traditional links and parkland elements gives the golfer a truly enjoyable game. Portland Golf Club is situated on the edge of Portland, Wallerawang Road. The club facilities are open to, and welcome golfers and visitors alike.
